BellPass is an ongoing customer engagement program accessible exclusively through the MyBell mobile application.
The Program allows eligible participants to spin a digital wheel for a chance to receive event tickets or other non-cash benefits made available by Bell or its partners (the “Rewards”).
The Program is accessible only within the authenticated MyBell environment and is subject to the terms and conditions set out in these Rules.
The Program operates on a continuous basis, and the availability of Rewards may vary over time in accordance with parameters established by Bell.
The Program is open to eligible Bell customers who:
Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of Bell, its affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies, and any individuals domiciled with the foregoing are not eligible to participate in the Program.

Subject to parameters established by Bell, an eligible participant may spin once per available Reward per calendar day.
Participation limits are enforced at the account level and may be modified at Bell’s sole discretion.
For the purposes of these Rules, the participant is deemed to be the holder of the MyBell account associated with the participation. Bell reserves the right to require proof of identity or any additional information reasonably necessary to confirm the identity of a participant prior to awarding a Reward.
The use of automated devices, bots, scripts, software or any other means intended to circumvent participation limits or interfere with the proper functioning of the Program is strictly prohibited.
Bell is not responsible for any participation that is late, lost, incomplete, corrupted or otherwise non-compliant, which may be void and ineligible to receive a Reward.
Rewards are offered on a rotating basis and may vary over time.
The nature, quantity and availability of Rewards are determined at Bell’s sole discretion in accordance with Program parameters.
Certain Rewards may be limited to participants located in or associated with specific regions. Access to a particular Reward may depend on the participant’s account location or the configuration applicable at the time of participation.
Rewards are available in limited quantities and while supplies last. Bell does not guarantee the availability of any specific Reward at any given time.
Bell reserves the right to modify, add or remove any Reward at any time, without prior notice.
The selection of participants eligible to receive a Reward is carried out instantly through an automated system integrated into the Program.
If a participant is selected to receive a Reward, the participant will be notified immediately within the Program interface.
To confirm eligibility and claim the Reward, the participant must complete the required confirmation form immediately upon notification. Failure to complete the form in accordance with the instructions provided will result in the automatic cancellation of the Reward, without compensation.
Bell reserves the right to verify the eligibility and identity of a selected participant prior to awarding a Reward. If a participant fails to comply with these Rules or the instructions provided, the Reward may be cancelled.
Rewards are awarded “as is” and must be accepted as awarded.
Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted by the participant.
A Reward may only be used for the event or benefit to which it relates and in accordance with the applicable conditions governing that event or benefit.
Rewards may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by third parties, including event organizers or service providers. The participant agrees to comply with such conditions.
Any costs or expenses not expressly included as part of a Reward are the sole responsibility of the participant.

PasseBell est un programme d’engagement client continu accessible exclusivement par l’entremise de l’application mobile MyBell.
Le Programme permet aux participants admissibles d’effectuer un tour d’une roue numérique afin de courir la chance d’obtenir des billets d’événements ou d’autres avantages non monétaires mis à disposition par Bell ou ses partenaires (les « Récompenses »).

Les Récompenses sont offertes en quantité limitée et jusqu’à épuisement. Bell ne garantit pas la disponibilité d’une Récompense particulière à un moment donné.
Bell se réserve le droit de modifier, d’ajouter ou de retirer toute Récompense à tout moment, sans préavis.
La sélection des participants pouvant recevoir une Récompense est effectuée instantanément au moyen d’un système automatisé intégré au Programme.
Si un participant est sélectionné pour recevoir une Récompense, il en sera informé immédiatement dans l’interface du Programme.
Afin de confirmer son admissibilité et de réclamer la Récompense, le participant doit remplir le formulaire de confirmation requis immédiatement après avoir été avisé de sa sélection. À défaut de compléter le formulaire conformément aux instructions fournies, la Récompense sera automatiquement annulée et remise en circulation, sans compensation.
Bell se réserve le droit de vérifier l’admissibilité et l’identité du participant sélectionné avant l’attribution d’une Récompense. Si un participant ne satisfait pas aux exigences du présent Règlement ou omet de se conformer aux instructions fournies, la Récompense pourra être annulée.
Les Récompenses sont offertes telles quelles et doivent être acceptées telles qu’attribuées.
Les Récompenses n’ont aucune valeur monétaire, ne sont ni transférables ni échangeables contre de l’argent, et ne peuvent faire l’objet d’aucune substitution par le participant.
Une Récompense ne peut être utilisée que pour l’événement ou l’avantage auquel elle se rattache et selon les conditions applicables à cet événement ou avantage.
Les Récompenses peuvent être assujetties aux modalités et conditions additionnelles imposées par des tiers, notamment les organisateurs d’événements ou les fournisseurs de services. Le participant accepte de se conformer à ces conditions.
Tout frais, dépense ou coût non expressément inclus dans la description de la Récompense demeure à la charge exclusive du participant.
Bell se réserve le droit, à sa seule discrétion, de substituer une Récompense par une autre de valeur comparable si une Récompense devient indisponible pour des raisons hors de son contrôle raisonnable.
Bell ne pourra être tenue responsable si un événement est modifié, reporté ou annulé par un tiers.
En participant au Programme, le participant accepte de dégager Bell, ses sociétés affiliées, ses représentants, employés, mandataires et partenaires de toute responsabilité relativement à sa participation au Programme ou à l’acceptation, l’utilisation ou la mauvaise utilisation d’une Récompense.
Sans limiter la généralité de ce qui précède, Bell ne pourra être tenue responsable :
Le participant reconnaît que le Programme est fourni « tel quel » et « selon la disponibilité », sans garantie d’aucune sorte, expresse ou implicite.

Aucune modification, suspension ou fin du Programme ne donnera lieu à une indemnité ou compensation de quelque nature que ce soit.

En participant au Programme, le participant reconnaît que ses renseignements personnels seront traités conformément à cette politique.
Toute décision de Bell relativement au Programme, incluant notamment l’admissibilité des participants, la validité des participations et l’attribution des Récompenses, est finale et sans appel.
Toute participation est sujette à vérification par Bell. Toute participation qui est incomplète, illisible, frauduleuse, transmise en retard, ou autrement non conforme au présent Règlement pourra être annulée.
Bell se réserve le droit d’exiger toute preuve jugée raisonnablement nécessaire afin de confirmer l’admissibilité d’un participant ou la validité d’une participation avant l’attribution d’une Récompense.

Toute tentative visant à compromettre le fonctionnement légitime du Programme peut constituer une violation des lois applicables. Bell se réserve le droit d’exercer tout recours permis par la loi.
Bell ne garantit pas que le Programme sera accessible ou fonctionnera sans interruption ou sans erreur.
Bell ne pourra être tenue responsable de toute défaillance technique, congestion réseau, erreur de transmission, panne de système ou tout autre événement hors de son contrôle raisonnable pouvant affecter le fonctionnement du Programme.
Si une disposition du présent Règlement est jugée invalide ou inexécutable, les autres dispositions demeureront en vigueur dans toute la mesure permise par la loi.
En cas de divergence entre la version française et toute autre version du présent Règlement, la version française prévaudra.
Le genre masculin est utilisé sans discrimination et dans le seul but d’alléger le texte.
Le Programme est régi par les lois applicables au Canada ainsi que celles de la province ou du territoire de résidence du participant, sans égard aux règles relatives aux conflits de lois.
La participation au Programme ne confère aucun droit acquis ou contractuel à l’obtention d’une Récompense. L’attribution d’une Récompense demeure conditionnelle au respect intégral du présent Règlement ainsi qu’à la disponibilité des Récompenses au moment de la participation.
